In the beginning, Mrs. Saraiva Panik shared her history of working in the hydrogen field. In 1998 UNDP launched a fuel cell bus program for developing countries (Brasil, China, India, Mexico, and Egypt) she acted as project manager on a UNDP project to launch a fuel cell bus program in Brasil and China where the pilot project to build fuel cell busses and hydrogen refueling stations was settled.
