Intern – Economic Affairs and International Cooperation
The Green & Smart Energy Organization (GSEO) welcomes university students to join our team as an intern and support our activities in relation to subjects such as economic affairs and international cooperation.
Responsibilities:
Support the GSEO staff in compiling, collating, and analyzing economic data, in particular related to energy policy, environmental and development cooperation related topics;
Assist in preparation of project proposals;
Assist in preparation of public documents related to GSEO activities, including press releases, project summaries, website contents, etc;
Assist in the organization and servicing of meetings, seminars, panels, etc;
Performs other related duties as required and necessary for the final delivery of the GSEO's services.Requirements:
Be enrolled in a graduate school program, or in the final academic year of a first university degree program (Bachelor's level or equivalent), in development studies, economics, social sciences, international relations, business administration, translation, etc., with economic- related research or practical experience preferred;
English and Mandarin Chinese are the working languages of the GSEO; Fluency in English, with strong writing skills, is required for the internship; Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and a third language is an advantage.Conditions:
The internship is full-time, with a 5-day working week;
Must be available for a minimum 3-month internship period, with preference for those available for 6 months or longer.
