Project development
The GSEO initiates, plans, and executes bilateral and multilateral projects in support of UN SDGs (Affordable and Clean Energy Systems, Climate Action, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Sustainable Cities and Communities) and the low-carbon and socio-economic sustainable development of global societies. We collaborate with leading international developmental agencies, government bodies, and financial institutions to obtain funding and develop beneficiary-oriented projects to promote clean energy awareness, capacity building, and clean energy consumption patterns across all regions of the world.
The GSEO cooperates in close contact with the public authorities and local stakeholders of the beneficiary countries to design targeted and demand-oriented project plans, objectives, and activities. We constitute teams of high-profile experts from across China and other world regions, to cooperate with us during the project execution phase by providing professional consultation, research support, training, and capacity-building services. The main expertise areas and responsibilities of the GSEO include developing and implementing project plans; monitoring and controlling the project during the execution phase; ensuring proper and effective communication with key stakeholders; organizing groups of Chinese and international experts to take part in relevant exchange and cooperation activities; designing and conducting capacity-building and training programs to improve the professional knowledge of the participants; documenting and disseminating the knowledge generated from the project; preparing and submitting grant applications at the relevant agencies.
